Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting, treasury, risk management, HR and IT functions of the organization.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager of Health, Safety and Environmental assures that the fabricating facility maintains a safety, health and environmental program to meet/exceed all compliance requirements of OSHA, EPA, DOE and our clients. The position will implement and improve upon all aspects of the Corporate Safety Program to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for our employees. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to accident prevention and incident management, risk management, training programs, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, and the prevention of Environmental spills, releases and violations.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Order suspension of activities that pose threats to workers’ health and safety.
  • Manage workplace hazards to as low As Reasonably Possible (ALARP) through documented training, JHA’s, Work Instructions, and accountability.
  • Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
  • Lead and support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions for all injuries, illnesses and equipment damages so accidents might be prevented in the future.
  • Develop and maintain industrial hygiene program including noise surveys, air quality and temperature sampling, illumination, and exhaust ventilation.
  • Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
  • Maintain the BU Safety manual and supporting program documentation to ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and corporate requirements applicable to workplace safety
  • Conduct safety training and education programs and provide demonstrations as necessary.
  • Provide new-employee health and safety orientations and develop materials for these presentations.
  • Collect samples of dust, gases, vapors, and other potentially toxic materials for analysis.
    Investigate health-related complaints and inspect facilities to ensure that they comply with public health legislation and regulations.
  • Coordinate “right-to-know” programs regarding hazardous chemicals and other substances.
  • Maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures with tabletop drills, live drills and disaster recovery plans.
    Inspect specified areas to ensure the presence of fire prevention equipment, safety equipment, and first-aid supplies.
  • Conduct audits at hazardous waste sites or industrial sites and participate in hazardous waste site investigations.
  • Collect samples of hazardous materials or arrange for sample collection.
  • Maintain inventories of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes, using waste tracking systems to ensure that materials are handled properly.
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with Business Leadership and the Director of Health, Safety and Environmental to ultimately achieve the safety goals of the organization.
  • Align and Adhere site business practices with the established Environmental Compliance calendar
  • Assist and Advice BU Leadership on the direction and the necessary actions on all subjects Safety, Health and Environmental.
  • Establish and communicate site safety performance expectations, while implementing improvements in a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently to develop program enhancements and implement the changes through a team approach.

EXPERIENCE:

The Account Manager is responsible for effectively promoting, quoting and securing new equipment opportunities in addition to building and maintaining customer relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Penetrate new equipment market, evaluate new potential customers, increase brand and product awareness, and open new markets.
  • Develop key client relationships including at the executive level.
  • Generate new leads and identify opportunities.
  • Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions.
  • Lead in client contract negotiations
  • Document and follow global sales procedures and ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and codes.
  • Secure new orders in line with forecast expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferably in the field of Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
  • 10 years of industry related experience
  • Minimum 4 years of direct selling experience.
  • Previous sales experience within the oil and gas industry preferred.

Our client, an innovative leader in the delivery of clean air, is currently seeking a VP of Sales to lead our Sales & Applications Engineering team. As is a proven leader in Industrial Ventilation and Air Pollution Control, their in-house expertise includes providing full turnkey and project management services, from conceptual and detailed engineering to fabrication, complete installation, start-up and commissioning.

Position Overview:

The VP of Sales will drive all the external sales activity, help create lead generation, marketing campaigns, and drive pricing programs. Responsibilities include:

  • Be responsible for driving revenue generation, margin, EBIT and net income goals.
  • The position will require managing, mentoring and motivating a direct, remote sales organization.
  • The role requires frequent travel throughout North America and is expected to be 50%.
  • The position must work with other departments and sister companies in order to best develop forecasts, proposal development, pricing/win strategies, marketing programs, fabrication and construction costs/schedules, market intelligence, competitive environment, etc.
  • This position will be part of our management team and be responsible for strategic planning and budgeting.
  • The VP of Sales will be skilled at developing accurate order intake forecasts.
  • The role will require that quota development and ensure that sales organization remains accountable.
  • The position will fulfill other duties as assigned and company continues to expand.

Job Requirements:

The Mechanical Engineering position will work closely with Sales, Engineering & Project Management teams to assist with calculations, concepts and designs for air pollution control systems and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Sales and Engineering/Project Management with thermal, mass air, heat transfer, furnace off gas thermal load, and thermal expansion calculations
  • Support project management with design calculations for equipment static & dynamic loads
  • Analyze system requirements for combustible dust applications ( NFPA 68 )
  • Support project management with material handling and conveying systems
  • Support project management with pneumatic system designs
  • Assist Sales team with estimating mechanical equipment and system requirements
  • Assist Sales team with proposal development which could include, among other tasks, periodic travel to potential client sites

This position will be responsible for the region around Atlanta, GA.  Experience working in the pulp and paper industry, specifically with the recovery boilers at these mills. 

The Account Manager is responsible for customer management and leading service sales for a geographic region. This involves face-to-face visits with new/existing customers, expert knowledge of products and services, and the ability to expand these products and services to drive revenue growth.

The Civil/Structural Engineering position will work closely with Sales, Engineering & Project Management teams to assist with calculations, concepts and designs for air pollution control systems and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support project management with structural plans and calculations for ductwork, equipment, and systems
  • Develop foundation and structural steel designs for the project team and make appropriate recommendations for possible design improvements
  • Develop structural steel exhaust stacks for air pollution control systems using software and SMACNA
  • Support project management with design calculations for equipment and structural static & dynamic loads
  • Assist Sales team with estimating foundation requirements for specified equipment
  • Assist Sales team with estimating structural steel requirements for specified equipment
  • Assist Sales team with proposal development which could include, among other tasks, periodic travel to potential client sites
  • Conduct engineering studies for customers as it relates to air pollution control systems
  • Effectively communicate in team environment between Sales & Engineering/Project Management
  • Write technical papers/reports for engineering studies to support design recommendations for air pollution control systems
